One standard.
Ten years of woven dresses: a head office and workshop in Panyu, quick-response cells in Baiyun and Qingyuan, volume production in Huangshi, Hubei — 4,600 m² of production floor, all under our own quality control.
The floor
A line built around one garment.
Dresses need different handling at each stage: lightweight fabric must be laid flat, satin must not be dragged, plackets need their own operation. Our layout follows the garment, not the other way round.

Cutting room
Two 12-metre tables in Panyu. Fabric is laid, checked against the marker and cut in-house, so both the grain and the waste stay under control.

Sewing
30 machines, bundle by bundle, one operator per operation — the fastest way to keep a size run consistent from the first piece to the last.

Pressing
Eight vacuum tables. A woven fit only reads correctly once it has been pressed, so this is a station, not an afterthought.

Finishing & inspection
Eight check tables and a 20-strong team for trimming, measuring, tagging and packing to your carton spec.

Production network
Three bases, two speeds.
Development and quick response stay in Guangzhou; volume goes inland. An order can move between the three without changing hands.
Panyu · Head factory
2,000 m² workshop, 50+ staff, 30 machines, two 12-metre cutting tables, 8 pressing and 8 inspection stations. Full-order delivery and quality control.
Baiyun / Qingyuan · Quick response
2 × 1,000 m² cells with 15–20 machinists each, for sampling, replenishment, urgent inserts and new-style trials.
Huangshi, Hubei · Volume
~50 staff for large runs at a better labour cost. Development stays in Guangzhou; volume goes inland.

European and North American buyers need documentation, not assurances. Our audit reports go to your compliance team with the quotation.
