Home/Custom & OEM
Your design,
our floor.
Bring a sketch, a tech pack or a garment you already love. We handle pattern making, grading, fabric sourcing, sampling and bulk production — under one roof, on one timeline.
Two ways to work
Full OEM, or develop from our block.
Some clients arrive with a finished tech pack. Others arrive with a mood board. Both are workable — the difference is only where the pattern starts.
-
A
OEM — your patterns, our production
You supply the tech pack, size chart and trims. We make a fit sample, confirm the construction and produce exactly what you specified.
-
B
Development — our patterns, your detail
Start from one of our blocks or a reference garment. We rework the silhouette, fabric and trims until it is your style, then keep the pattern for reorders.
Process
From brief to booked
container.
Indicative timings below. Your merchandiser confirms a dated plan in writing before sampling starts.
Brief & feasibility
Send sketches, references or a tech pack. We review construction, fabric availability and target price within 2 working days.
Quote & timeline
You receive FOB pricing per size band, MOQ, sample cost and a dated production slot — all in one document.
Fabric & trims
We source through the fabric market next door to the workshop — stock qualities or mill development. Lab dips and trim cards are approved before cutting.
Sampling
Fit sample in 7–10 days, photographed on a form and measured against your spec. Two revision rounds are included.
Grading & production
Patterns graded to your size range, then cut, sewn and finished on four lines with weekly progress photos.
QC, packing & shipping
100% piece inspection, AQL 2.5 final audit, then folded and packed with your labels. FOB, CIF or DDP on request.
Where it happens — the same floor that makes your sample makes your bulk.

Questions
Before you write.
Do you work with new brands and small labels?
Yes. Roughly half of our clients are independent labels placing 60–300 pcs per style. What we ask for is a realistic production slot and a clear size chart — not a long trading history.
Can you copy a sample I send you?
We can develop from a reference garment, as long as the design is yours to produce. We will measure it, draft a pattern and return a fit sample for comparison before any bulk commitment.
What is the smallest first order?
60 pieces per style and colour in one size run. A development order across three styles at 60–100 pcs each is a common first project.
Do you supply fabric?
Yes. We buy through the Guangzhou fabric market beside the workshop and work with regular mills on development qualities. Client-supplied fabric is also accepted, with a shrinkage test before cutting.
How do you handle quality issues?
Every piece is inspected before packing and a final AQL 2.5 audit is carried out on the finished lot. If a defect escapes to you, we repair, replace or credit — stated in the order confirmation.
Can you ship DDP to the US or EU?
Yes. We quote FOB as standard, and can arrange CIF or DDP through our forwarders. Duties and import VAT are quoted transparently before the order is confirmed.
